Remote Areas and Interstate

For the following remote and interstate areas, we can provide special delivery services upon request:

• Western Australia (WA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Victoria (VIC)

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Delivery time is typically within 2-8 business days, depending on stock availability.
• Partial Shipment: If your order contains items from different suppliers and needs to be shipped together, the delivery time may be extended by 2-5 business days.

Shipping Fee Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders over AUD 200 qualify for free shipping (standard delivery areas only).
• Shipping Fee: Orders under AUD 200, as well as orders to remote and interstate areas, will incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Return Period and Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
• A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
