In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our”, “us”, “Renoartsonline” or “Renoartsonline Interiors” means Renoarts Online PTY Limited (ABN 22 612 741 385), and “you” means the person, organisation or entity accessing or purchasing products or related services from us.

We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
In some cases, the products we offer for sale are made from natural or handmade materials, and as a result, there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive.
We endeavour to ensure that all finishes are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that finishes and colours may appear different from the true finish and colour on different displays and screens.
Due to the nature of the colouring process, there may be slight colour variations between products and batches. Returning items based on a display-based or batch discrepancy will be classified as a ‘change of mind return’ and therefore must be made in accordance with Renoartsonline’s Returns for Change of Mind policy.
Renoartsonline reserves the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our website.
You may place an order with us by using the online checkout process, directly with our team in the showroom, or by calling or emailing our team.
Please check that the quantities and colour choices of products in your basket or otherwise invoiced are correct before completing the checkout process, and that all your information, including payment and delivery details, are correct. Renoartsonline will not be liable for any incorrect orders or failure of delivery resulting from the entry by you of incorrect details.

If you choose to place your order on backorder as a result of clause 5.2(a), your order will automatically be shipped to you, at Renoartsonline’s expense unless the product is a free shipping excluded product or does not meet free shipping minimum spends, once it arrives in stock.
You will be notified by email once your backorder has been dispatched. Estimated backorder dates can be found on your invoice.
Renoartsonline must not substitute the supply of any of the products with the supply of any other products without your prior consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information required to deliver your products to you is correct.

Risk in the products will pass to you once the products have been delivered to the delivery location set out in your order.
Confirmation of delivery from your chosen shipping provider will be taken as evidence that your products have been correctly delivered.

International orders are those placed via Renoartsonline’s Australian store with a delivery address outside of Australia (excluding the markets in which we operate).
Delivery Costs and Customs: Any delivery costs or time estimates provided by Renoartsonline do not include the time your order may spend in customs. You may be required to pay customs and import taxes once your delivery reaches your country’s customs port. Renoartsonline is not liable for your country’s customs fees and cannot advise on what may apply to you.
Australian GST: Australian GST is removed from the total cost of the sale to help minimize the cost of your purchase.

Standards: Renoartsonline products are tested and certified to meet all required standards in the markets in which we operate. Products purchased for installation in a country that is not a Certified Country may not meet the installation country’s standards and may not be appropriate for installation or use in that country.
Promotional Shipping: Renoartsonline’s promotional free shipping offer for orders over AUD 200 does not apply to delivery addresses outside Australia.
