Return Policy
Return Period and Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days (or longer depending on local laws, such as the 30-day cooling-off period in the EU).
- Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
- A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application

- If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with a return address and return instructions.
- Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged and Defective Items:
- Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt of your order.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Non-returnable items:

Exchange Policy:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
EU 30-day cooling-off period:
- If the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 30 days without providing any reason.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy:
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
- If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
