Installation notes

1.All dimensions are in millimeters.
2.Optimum working pressure 300 ~ 500 kPa.
3.Inline filters should be used to protect tapware from debris that may be present within the plumbing.
4.All installations should comply with local plumbing codes and the relevant requirements of AS/NZS3500.

Return Period and Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
• A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

2. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with a return address and return instructions.
3. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Defective Items:

• If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Non-returnable items:

Exchange Policy:

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Refund Policy:

• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
• If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
