- Free Shipping: Orders over AUD 200 qualify for free shipping (standard delivery areas only).
- Shipping Fee: Orders under AUD 200, as well as orders to remote and interstate areas, will incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Return Period and Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days (or longer depending on local laws, such as the 30-day cooling-off period in the EU).
- Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
- A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application
