Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Delivery time is typically within 2-8 business days, depending on stock availability.
Partial Shipment: If your order contains items from different suppliers and needs to be shipped together, the delivery time may be extended by 2-5 business days.

Shipping Fee Policy

Free Shipping: Orders over AUD 500 qualify for free shipping (standard delivery areas only).
Shipping Fee: Orders under AUD 500, as well as orders to remote and interstate areas, will incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

Delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters and traffic delays. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Return Period and Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days (or longer depending on local laws, such as the 30-day cooling-off period in the EU).
• Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
• A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application
