Each table is meticulously built by a multigenerational family of artisans in Romania, where the creation process is as intentional as the design.

The signature finish is achieved through a dedicated, six-hour hand-application of natural color, allowing it to deeply penetrate the solid Romanian oak. This technique honors the wood’s unique, organic grain, ensuring no two tables are alike. Constructed from solid oak and oak veneers, the table is first treated with hand-rubbed natural oils that highlight the wood's inherent color variations, then sealed with a protective lacquer for a gentle, enduring sheen.

As a piece crafted from natural wood, it may develop a rich patina over time and can display character marks such as subtle knots, joint lines, or minute splits. These features are not flaws, but a celebration of the material’s natural beauty, making each Parsons table uniquely yours.

Return Period and Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• Customers are responsible for providing return shipping costs.
• A 20% handling fee will be charged for returns.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not mail back to the original address or the mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

2. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with a return address and return instructions.
3. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Defective Items:

• If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Refund Policy:

• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
• If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
